I'm not entirely sure what I want to write do my paper on but I was thinking about...
-how racism is still not a thing in the past and how it is still around today
-how equality for women does not exist
-how mass media is affecting a child's mental and psychical health more than ever today
I prefer number two, just based on the discussions we've had in class. You could pick out a specific incident (maybe one in relation to Hilary Clinton or another female politician) and discuss how the media portrayed this incident. Next step, decide on the reading(s) or theory(ies) you want to use in your theoretical framework. If you go with my suggestion, you could use the ideograph reading to pick out ideographs used to describe women politicians.
